Sylvester Stallone has admitted he auditioned for the role of Han Solo in Star Wars.
But the actor was pleased he missed out on the part to Harrison Ford, the Sun reports.
He said: “I did [audition for the part] and it didn’t meet with much approval.”
The 64-year-old action hero went on: “When I stood in front of George Lucas he didn’t look at me once, obviously being very shy.
“Then I said, ‘Well obviously I’m not the right type.’ But it worked out for the best since I don’t look good in Spandex holding a ray gun.”

Spandex?  I’m confused.  Han Solo?  Spandex?
